Stellar Development Foundation Q3 2024 in Review

A new protocol is on the horizon. On December 5, 2024, Stellar public network validators will vote on whether to upgrade the network to Protocol 22, which, if accepted, will activate two new Core Advancement Proposals (CAPs) on Stellar Mainnet.
